Returns and Buyer Protection

To our customers in the United States -

In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase of these poster(s) and/or collectible(s) from us, please notify us immediately by using our contact form or e-mail address. You may return the item(s) for any reason (unless they have been damaged or lost in shipment, see below*) within 5 days of your receiving them. After 5 days we will no longer accept any returns, due to the nature of these highly prized items. Items must be in the same condition as originally sent, and they must be safely repackaged and mailed back fully insured to our facility for a full refund, minus the original shipping/handling and any other payment fees associated with the order!

Please notify us before sending any items back. Our 5-day open return policy does not apply if the above conditions are not met.

*We use full insurance and/or registered mail (for very expensive items) when sending out our items so that, you as the buyer, are protected. If an item is damaged in shipment, please take some good detailed digital photos of the tube/box damage and email them to us.(Hold on to the items and packaging materials and we will let you know if you need to return them to us.) As soon as we get your photos, we will then help you with the insurance claims process to get you reimbursed for the lost or damaged items. (As applicable, proof of damage or loss of contents: if (you the customer) received a damaged item or items are missing from a package, please hang on to the contents and the associated packing materials received until your claim is settled. You may be asked to take the items to your local Post Office for inspection.)

To our customers Overseas -

We offer Priority Mail International & Priority Mail Express International shipping. The United States Postal Service has certain limits and restrictions based on each of the different individual countries they work with, including size limits, insurance limits, and other factors such as limited tracking. We will do our best to secure the products for safe shipping, however, we cannot accept responsibility for your item(s) once they leave our possession and we have provided you with the tracking/postal/insurance documentation, etc. We are not trying to scare you, but please be aware that shipping expensive items can sometimes be risky to overseas collectors and we have no control over the package once it leaves the USPS postal system. Make sure you (as a collector) have a good working relationship with your country's local postal rules and service. We have received more Star Wars posters from overseas than any one collector should ever receive and we have also shipped numerous posters overseas, without too much trouble over the years, but occasionally things get lost or damaged going in either direction. That's just the nature of buying these old ephemera items for our collections from around the globe.Icon Shocked
